Business Development Representative 👩

We're seeking someone who not only cares deeply about sustainability but also possesses the ability to persuasively convey its importance. Actively listening, assimilating information, and showcasing how Digit Mint truly addresses today's business challenges are all essential to the role.

What will you do? 📕

  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to continuously enhance campaign conversion
  • Reach out to potential clients via calls and emails, building reports and showcasing our offerings
  • Present our company and its solutions to potential clients through various channels
  • Identify client needs and recommend appropriate products/services
  • Cultivate long-term, trusting relationships with potential clients
  • Arrange meetings or calls between potential clients and Account Executives
  • Report sales results to the team on a regular basis
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities in the market
  • Participate in fun cultural activities and contribute to projects that enhance our company's ways of working

Your profile? 🙋

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with various sales techniques, including cold calling
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Proficiency in MS Excel for analyzing spreadsheets and charts
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • Willingness to work in Belgium
  • Fluent in English and Dutch and/or French
